KASI TIMED TECHNOLOGY, which controls the smooth operation of the softener, is constantly regulated by a microprocessor that determines and follows each phase of the various cycles on the set days and at the set times. The high reliability of the valve assembly is ensured by the simplicity of operation and the quality of the materials used. The resins are regenerated by moving two Teflon steel pistons that open or close the passages involved in the various phases. During regeneration, which is usually set at night, water is still secured to the users using an automatic bypass inside the valve. The volumetric model is preferred in cases of inconsistent water consumption and, therefore, is difficult to determine. The softener is set with regeneration at night and considers a softened water reserve of one working day (delayed regeneration). It can regenerate in Time, Delayed Volumetric, Immediate Volumetric, and Forced 4-day modes. Throughout the regenerative phase, an automatic bypass inside the valve guarantees the users water. When one column has produced the required amount of softened water, it automatically places itself in regeneration. It performs all the washing phases while the other, in turn, begins to provide softened water. A counter and a pilot inserted on the counter always determine this column exchange through one of the control valves. This system is essential when you must produce softened water 24 hours a day.
