Self-cleaning filters retain all unwanted substances suspended in water, such as sand, limestone flakes and iron oxide.The EUROPA 1-1/2’‘ – 2’‘ self-cleaning filters are in manual and automatic versions and equipped with cartridges with 25, 60, 100, 200-, 300-, 500- and 1000-micron filtration grades. The cartridge can be easily washed by acting on the drain valve, thus guaranteeing the filter’s efficiency over time in the case of manual filters.In the automatic version, the cartridge washing operations are carried out automatically with a programmer called TIMERWASH2 (An Opur exclusive).
